Return & Refund Policy
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Items cannot be returned and refunded for incorrect shipping address provided by the customers.
- Items can be returned for a refund no later than 7 days of receiving the order.
- Items returned after 7 days are eligible for a store credit for the value it was purchased. Items returned and refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Customers must bear the cost of shipping returned items.
- Shipping and handling cannot be refunded for returned items.
- All returned items will be refunded once they have been received by our warehouse.
It can usually take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to be delivered back to our warehouse, depending on your location and which postal service you use.
Once we receive your return parcel, it will be processed within 3 working days and we will email you to let you know this has been refunded. The funds will go back to your original payment method. It typically takes 5-10 working days, depending on your bank/card issuer.
- Orders cancelled before/during shipment are subject to 25% restocking fee.
- We are not able to exchange after the items are shipped out. If you would like a different size or color of an item, then you will need to place a new order.
